Today is a recipe I made on my own. It's totally simple and a favorite of my husband and mines for when we want a quick meal. I get Spinach and cheese Ravioli from Costco's along with Coconut Curry.
Ravioli with Coconut Curry
Ingredients
Monterey Organic Spinach & Cheese Ravioli
Maya Kaimal Coconut Curry
Cook both packages of ravioli as directed and drain
Put pan back on burner and add the container of curry
add back in the Ravioli and stir together gently
let curry warm which takes about a minute or so, stirring while it warms up
Serve and enjoy.
If you only want one package of Ravioli just add half the container of curry.
I rate this a 7 out of 10, it's quick and easy for those days when you just don't want to mess around with dinner. We have this dish quite frequently. I also use the curry for other dishes so keep an eye out for those in the future.

Grilled Cream cheese & Fruit Breakfast Sandwich
I came across this recipe on my friends Pinterest Board. It looked like it would be amazing and I literally started to salivate while just looking at the picture. I made it this morning for myself for breakfast and OMG it was SO amazing! I just had to share it on here.
Grilled Cream Cheese & Fruit Breakfast Sandwich
2 pieces of bread (I prefer sandwich thins as my bread of choice)
Cream Cheese
Fruit ( like berries or bananas)
Powdered sugar (I used equal to make it a bit healthier)
butter
Put a little bit of butter on the outside of both pieces of bread, put cream cheese on a piece of bread then add a few pieces of fruit then add sugar to taste (I did 2 equal packets), top with other piece of bread and you are ready to cook it. Grill it like you would a grilled cheese sandwich but don't brown it as much. Just lightly brown it then enjoy!
I give this a 9 out of 10 and will be defiantly be having it again for breakfast.

1 cup half-n-half
1/4 tsp black pepper
2 cups (8 ounce) shredded cheddar cheese
1.Place potatoes, carrots, onion, broth and salt in slow cooker. Cover cook on LOW 6-7 hours or on HIGH 3-3 1/2 hours or until vegetables are tender
2. Stir in Half-n-half and pepper, cover cook on HIGH 15 minutes. Turn off heat and remove cover, let stand 5 minutes. Stir in cheese until melted.
Makes 6 servings
From Crock Pot the original slow cooker 3-1 recipe book
When I made this sadly I didn't have all the ingredients, well I did but one can of the chicken broth never made it into the apartment. So I had to water down the chicken broth by adding water. But it still tasted pretty good, when I make this again I will make sure to have all the ingredients. I would also add a bit more pepper to it. All in all we would rate this a 5 out of 1-10 but that could change when I make this again.

This recipe is quite easy to make and is very tasty. Both my husband and I enjoyed it a lot and I was given a thumbs up for making it again in the future. When I made this last night for dinner I only put in 1 package of the Polska Kielbasa and it wasn't enough so 2 will be the right amount. I hope you enjoy this recipe and I rate it a 7 out of a 1-10 scale 1 being never ever again and 10 being OMG more please
